ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE (UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON THE ITEM'S DESCRIPTION PAGE). Final Sales means that we do not accept returns or requests for exchanges. If you are unsure of your size in particular item, please refer to that item's size chart or simply order a size up.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
Please note that we are unable to support order changes and/or cancellations at this time. If you did not authorize an order to placed to your account, please contact your banking institution for further assistance.
ACCEPTED RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If an item is marked as "Returnable" or "Exchangeable" the item may be returned and will be refunded and/or an equal exchange allowed, minus the cost of shipping and a $5 processing and handling fee. To request a return or exchange please send an email entitled "RETURNS & EXCHANGES REQUEST" to email@example.com.
If your item arrives with a defect of any kind, please send an email entitled "MERCHANDISE DEFECT" along with a brief description of how the box arrived and 2-4 photos of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the defect is verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. Please note that defect reviewal process generally takes 7 business days, and that the replacement's arrival will reflect that time plus its original shipping timeframe (minus any holidays).
UNWANTED ITEMS OR DEFECTED MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Please do not send unwanted items or defected merchandise back to the returning mailing address, as items will be discarded. Please consider donating such items to your favorite local charity, or send it via givebackbox by following these simple steps: 1) Box up the item (and any other unwanted clothing or household items you'd like to donate), 2) Print off a label from givebackbox.com, 3) Then simply stick it on the box and drop off at your local USPS or UPS!

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME
ITEMS MAY ARRIVE IN SEPARATE BOXES AND AT SEPARATE TIMES. Orders will be processed within 3 business days and are expected to arrive 5-7 business days after that. Please allow an additional week for processing orders during holidays or international orders. If you wish to have an item arrive in time for Christmas, orders must be made no later that 4:00PM CT on December 3rd.
TRACKING & DELIVERY INQUIRIES OR COMPLAINTS
Our current platform does not automatically email tracking information to customers, so please understand that we will be unable to accommodate requests for providing tracking links at this time. If an item does not arrive within 10 business days from the time of your order, please send an email entitled "DELIVERY ISSUE" to email@example.com with the details and someone will be in touch with you to resolve your claim right away!
